At Au Natural, all of our skincare products are handcrafted to order in small batches to ensure the freshest, highest quality products for our customers. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates We currently ship within Canada only at a flat rate of $25.00 CAD per order.

Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 7-12 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
